Dr. Farook is truly a gem. She listens with so much care and makes me feel heard and supported every time. I’ve had health concerns that went undiagnosed for years, and she was the one who took the time to really understand what was going on and help me get better. I’m so grateful for her. She always follows up, whether it's scheduling a virtual or in-person appointment, or answering questions right away. I never feel like I'm left on my own after a visit. Grace Chao is one of the best primary care providers I have ever had. She spends time with me and she is so responsive on the portal. I appreciate the care I get from her. I referred my wife to see her as well.
My husband, 77, and I are new patients (3 months) of Dr. Farook and she is the best primary care doctor we have had in years. We selected her because she is affiliated with Swedish but an independent practitioner. This means we get incredible service. Prescriptions filled quickly, clear communications and timely responses, and individualized dedicated attention. Our search for a primary care physician is over and we are so fortunate to be patients at Puget Sound Medical Associates!!
Grace Chao is amazing! I have been seeing her for over 7 years and followed her to her new practice. She listens and really cares about you, treating you as a whole person, not just addressing symptoms. My experience has been so good that my husband and a few of my coworkers also see her. She has great availability, and I appreciate the virtual option for follow-ups. Highly recommend!
