From the minute we made the reservation to be picked up at the cruise terminal in Seattle i knew I made the right decision..the customer representative was very polite and gave us an accurate time that the limo was going to meet us..when the driver called me I told him where we standing he arrived promptly and when I saw that shiny new black Cadillac Escaplanade pull up I was blown away. Great experience! We had him take us from the hotel to the cruise ship. We scheduled a pick up at the cruise port for the next week. We communicated with him and he was very responsive. I will recommend this company for friends traveling to Seattle! Thank you again!
