I am an appraiser who works out in Puyallup at a residential development. I just thought I would leave a review. I ran into a worker by the name of Maco that was working with his crew and it was 95 degrees and these guys were working on impressive landscaping in the heat! My goodness how determined are these guys. I normally don't leave to many reviews, but I had to in this case. Incredible landscaping. Used Puget Sound Landscaping on a large project at our previous home and we were happy with the result. They were therefore our go-to when we decided to do some landscaping at our new home. Sadly, after leaving a couple messages, and speaking with two different people at their office, they failed to return any of our calls. A simple call from them stating they were too busy to accept new work, or maybe they just don't like our money, would have been preferable to them ghosting us.
Poor customer service. If you want someone’s business, you should learn to talk better to people. Won’t be using this company.
