Well run and parking validate out front also, as the parking garage is tight.
Rude and unprofessional behavior from the nurses here. Dr. Bernstein lacked bedside manners but my colonoscopy with him went fine. Would find someplace else.
Administrative disaster. Complacent front end staff who have no communication with the doctors or nurses, complacent doctors (including Dr. Watura Tamura) who, per dictum, have said "we don't go above and beyond here" and horrifically slow response / scheduling times turned my small GI issue into a stressful nightmare. What's with all the negative reviews? I've read them and some sound pretty stupid, written by uninformed patients. I've had nothing but good experiences with this group, in particular Dr. Taniguchi. They are always responsive and helpful. I've been a patient here for years.
I went it for a few concerning symptoms I’ve noticed in the past few months with an idea of what it might be. The doctor was dismissive and cold. He told me I couldn’t have diverticulitis because I’m too young, despite the increased incidence of the disease in young people. He then told me that I probably have Crohn’s disease despite the fact that I have none of the symptoms and pushed for lab work and a subsequent colonoscopy.
