I have been seeing Dr. Ono for my eye care needs for years. He and his staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I would not recommend service at Puget Sound Eye Care. I recently went in for my yearly eye appointment. Turns out my glasses were prescribed with the wrong vision and no corrections were made on their behalf.
I waited for about 30-40 minutes to be seen... which I was never seen. I will say I was a few minutes late, but NO ONE even came in to say the doc is with someone else or we know you are waiting, blah blah, blah. We drove from SeaTac to make this appointment... we will NOT be doing that again.
