Pse is a huge pain. Contractors have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes just to request a reconnect and they are constantly getting things mixed up and scheduling things wrong

If they don't get power on west side of camano island soon my mom will die. If she does I will sue you all and make sure all of upper managment is replaced. My mom's life is on the line. Time to get with it.

I've lived on Whidbey for 2 months. I've had no power for 6 days in that time. I had more reliable power outside of Santa Domingo in Dominican Republic than I do here. The incopetence is palpable. Their shoddy infrastructure is so poorly maintained that power is constantly knocked out, and estimates on power returning have been off by 12-48 hours every time.
