I have tried to participate in their incentive programs for the flex, EV and general flex program. However, their customer service is very unhelpful and will not even tell me which programs I am enrolled in. Apparently, you’re only allowed to be in one of them, but they won’t look you up without a huge list of information. It’s pretty frustrating.

Telling someone to budget when they've already tried everything to lower the ridiculously high bill. Pure evil vibes for real.
The cost will only every go up and they will have no explanation for why. I have converted every light in my house to led and installed a gas water heater and gas range. I even have a wood stove for home heating. I thought that would lower my bill for sure but it stayed steady.
