need better customer service
Be aware of what kind of management company it is before you sign up. They have no respect for tenant business space (I ended up installing cameras in my office) and do not seem to understand management vs. controlling. Above all, do not expect getting your security deposit back in a timely manner according to your contract. I had to go to their office to get my deposit back after phone calls and emails including paying their cancelled check fee for $35.
