My home is located in Everett and is 2200 sq ft with real hard wood floors thoughout the down stairs new appliances paint and exterior paint. Roof in excellent condition houses half the size and less square footage appraised higher then mine at 450k, which is what that say my home is worth. my home is worth 495k.
