The most amazing Doctor and incredible team ! Highly recommend!
I've been going to Dr. Pugen for about 17 years now and he's a wonderful dr. The problem is he's moved way too far to make it convenient for my husband and I to continue to have him as a family Dr. His secretary has ignored my request to have our files transferred over to a new Physician which is directly across the street from where we live. I've sent emails, text messages directly to the Dr. I'm not sure what the next steps should be. I think I'll call the medical board to see what they say!
If there was lesser star I would give it to this horrible doctor and his devilish secretary who never called back or passed my messages to the doctor. And when I finally did speak to him, nothing was ever communicated to him. His secretary did not fax my prescriptions into pharmacy on time, I would wait over 2 weeks and be calling her after following up with pharmacy that she would hold onto my prescription and delay my ongoing medication and I would be without my hormonal creams for weeks. Dr Pugen and Gemma truly care for their patients. I have no words to express my gratitude for such a professional medical service. Simply amazing! I will never go anywhere else.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pugen! He is extremely attentive and a very thorough, thoughtful Doctor. His clinic is well run and timely. Gemma ( his office manager ) is phenomenal to deal with and makes scheduling appointments and follow up a breeze . Life changing experience ! Thank you!
