Unethical and dishonest. They listed apt with “1 Month” broker fee (on MLS and Pugatch.com), but insisted I have to pay 10% broker fee (which is more than 1 months rent), and then don't tell you they try to sneak into the lease contract an automatic second broker fee at lease renewal..yet they verbally say you will only deal with landlord. then they threaten landlord to sue for fee - ha. Second fee for what?!?
