Great service! Black Beards Fish Sandwich is a winner. Best Rum Runners in PDX area.
⭐️Going to The Puffin Cafe is always a great time no matter what season it is! The jerk chicken, coconut shrimp, fish tacos, etc. are all mighty tasty. The staff are all friendly and the service is good. It's a great place to relax and unwind over a cold beer or cocktail.🌟
Amazing nachos (try it with jerk chicken on top) pirate vibe, floating resterant. Don't go if your in a huge hurry as service and kitchen maybe slow, but do go!!!! Try the amazing end. I'm not usually into spicy things but they are delicious!
Good food & drinks, fun atmosphere. It's a summertime favorite for us, but a nice "escape" in the wintertime too!
Food was pretty good. Found it pretty unprofessional when our waiter was covered in hickeys.
I luv, luv, luv their fish tacos! Ambiance is casual but fun; service was great.
We love it! My Honey Love and I come here from Vancouver Mall area and I love it in the Summer! Haven't tried it in the Winter though.
I ordered the Barbados fish tacos. Excellent. Very delicious.
