Dr. Puffer & his staff are always awesome! Recently had a broke tooth and they worked me in immediately.
Makayla greeted me on the phone with a smile you could hear. She was friendly and informative and offered to help me complete the paperwork. The day I scheduled my appointment, I received a call from Dr. Puffer, introducing himself and asking if I have any concerns. WOW! That has never happened to me before!! When I arrived at the dental office, Betty welcomed me and told me everything was in order as I’d completed paperwork online. I have been searching for the right dentist since moving here and I’ve found my new dentist and hygienist forever!! I was treated with respect and they were very clear and explained things thoroughly. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for respectful service!
Was just an initial consultation but I’m impressed so far. Service is levels above what I’ve received in the past. Had to take my 3-year old with me and they were so kind to her, they very much made her day! She definitely stole the show.
Today was my very first visit to Dr Puffers office and everyone was so kind and welcoming. They are very thorough with explaining what’s going on and what steps Dr. Puffers recommends.
