I love PP. Tasty flavors, great customer service and a comfortable place to just sit and chat. I went from being addicted to cigarettes to addicted to puffing pirates! Cigarette free for a week and a half... Any issue I've had (being new to vaping) they are there to fix it for me to make sure I'm satisfied. Thank y'all and I'll see you soon ❣
Very good customer service. Very nice people. Extremely knowledgable and patient with me (who knew nothing). Courtney was very nice and helped me a LOT:). Would highly recommend them:)

I love this place!! I don't feel out of place ever. I feel like I'm friends with Susan and Courtney and the other regular customers. (Which is a lot) They are very helpful and full of knowledge about everything in vaping. 5 stars all the way. I will never go to another store.
