I have been going to puffing pirate since gaping helped me quit smoking 6 years ago. change of management, associates and vendors has me changing vape stores. I used to be able to get whatever juice, coils, and miss I needed. but now they never have my coils in stock, the mod assortment is very minimum and the associates aren't as knowledgeable as they used to be. I switched to Mad vapes and the associates are very kind and helpful. they have a great selection, and turned me on to a new mesh coil that I love.

Went into the store not knowing anything about anything... Gentleman working was SUPER helpful, friendly, and patient!! Assisted with not only picking flavors and giving his opinion, but the proper parts for device as well!
Amazing people, very friendly and helpful no matter what has happened to your mod or tank. Also they are in it to help you save money. They are not pushing sales on you and this and that but instead just giving you what you need and letting you know your options. True customer service! And the new building is nice!!
