Moved here in 2025 and its been an interesting experience. The old manager was a bit of an odd guy and seemed to be at the root of some issues this place had in the past. Reviews older than May 2025 may not apply anymore since the manager transition, adoption of in-unit laundry, and addition of a great new gym. Worse experience EVER ! Management was really unprofessional he was very rude every time I would speak to him , maintenance was horrible I would have to wait weeks for them to come n check any problems I had with the garbage disposal, when I moved in I notice the bathtub was painted when I shower the paint was peeling off ! Every time I would do laundry the bathroom would smell horrible! I would strongly advise against living at this apartment complex. From the moment my husband moved in, the experience was less than ideal. The manager was consistently rude, snide, and frankly, a bit weird to deal with. On multiple occasions, We found his attitude to be unprofessional and dismissive, making it clear that he was not interested in helping tenants or fostering a positive living environment. If I could hit zero, I'd hit zero. This appartment is so arrogant and poorly managed. I have paid the application fee and they said my income is not enough and I must have a co-signer who must be my parents in USA. And they said they cannot translate English to other languages. What a crazy thing! They have no abbility to translate! So far away from here!
