Big group of 12 and the staff was right on time with everything! The food was excellent !! Home made guacamole at our table!!
We went to this restaurant because of the online reviews. The restaurant had an okay decor, good service, but everything after that was horrible. The food was nasty, to say the least. The tortillas were cold and stale, the meat was chunky, greasy, and undercooked. I had asked for an extra order to go, but had to cancel after tasting my food. When I brought this up to my waitress, she was apologetic and offered to talk to the manager. Her manager refused to do anything about it. A simple visit to our table would've sufficed. ... read more
The food is very bland American Style Mexican food, so if that is what you like you'll not be disappointed. Some of the "authentic" dishes just lack flavor for me.
This is the only PUERTO VALLARTA RESTAURANT I would reccomend. This is the best food and the service is outstanding. I have yet to find a restaurant anywhere with better service and food. Family owned and they aim to please. Anyone leaving THIS restaurant dissatisfied has no taste or apporeciation of quality food and above reproach service. I love it. The foid is superb in my opinion, try the Fiesta Platter.
This place is so good, with the best salsa I have ever had.
The food was all tasteless. The only thing that had a distinctive taste was the shredded pork. Everything else was bland. The fried deserts were doughy and uncooked in the middle. Not a good experience.
Food was nearly ready upon my arrival. The hostess was friendly and well spoken. Ample seating and visually stimulating entryway made the delay pleasant. The food was great. Not as greasy as other nearby mexican restaurants, which is a big plus in my book. I look forward to my next visit!
all i can say is I will NEVER eat at this restaurant or any of their other locations! The service was almost nonexistent, and the hostess was completely obnoxious and unhelpful. left unsatisfied and wanting a refund.
