I recently moved to CT, in Berlin area, but we came back from the Clinton outlets, I waited FOREVER for my server ( an older woman I forgot her name) to come over to take our order on a Thursday night everyone was very stressed out and seemed to be frantic, when me and my husband were out for our anniversary.
