I went to visit a family member today who was running late making it home so I was going to sit in the lobby and wait. I asked the front desk service in the mean time to use the restroom and Quedirela told me in a rude tone no you can’t. I do not know the correct spelling of the front desk lady name because she hid her name tag so I could not report her. said. The building has a somewhat outdated style, especially in the lobby, which has too much furniture, making it look a bit overloaded and old.
Probably the worst managed building in Miami, if not Florida, in my opinion. DO NOT move here if you are looking for peace and quiet. Constant Fire alarm tests/ updates and endless construction/ drilling that literally shakes the walls. We have reached out to management several times to be notified in advance so that accommodations can be made. The issue is yet to be resolved , it’s truly unacceptable considering the price/ HOA fees it cost to live in Puerta de Palmas. I Would NOT recommend it, especially for growing familie... read more
