I lived at 888 South Douglas Road in apartment 1010 for 2 years, and we were able to renew our lease with no issues while I was in PT school. Karl Vieux, our landlord, was so accomodating with any issues we had in the apartment. He was able to work around our school schedules when anything needed to be repaired and was very quick to answer our calls or texts. He was great, and the apartment complex was nice too!
Lived at 888 South Douglas Road, Apartment 1010 while I was in PT School. The owner of the unit, Karl Vieux, was the best landlord I could have asked for! We had very few issues with the unit and when we did, Karl was very responsive. He would quickly send someone to look/fix it and would work with us around our school schedule as well. Living in this apartment was the best two years ever!
Recientemente estuve viviendo alli hasta hace dos semanas específicamente en el apartamento 1010, señores es mi obligación advertirle a cualquier nuevo inquilino sobre esa unidad que NO lo arriende sin antes asegurarse de su perfecto funcionamiento y mantenimiento ya que el dueño luego que ingreses No se hará cargo de ningún problema, nosotros vivimos durante un año un real PESADILLA con este apartamento y jamás pero jamás recibimos nuestros pagos por las reparaciones echas, eran casos de suma necesidad, el aire se dañó 4 ve... read more
I went to visit a family member today who was running late making it home so I was going to sit in the lobby and wait. I asked the front desk service in the mean time to use the restroom and Quedirela told me in a rude tone no you can’t. I do not know the correct spelling of the front desk lady name because she hid her name tag so I could not report her. said.
