We ate at Pueo’s while on vacation and it was hands down the best meal we had the entire week! The brussel sprouts with honey and balsamic were a major hit. Everyone at the table kept talking about how delicious they were. Also ordered calamari, pizza for the kids, and a couple of chef-created pasta dishes that were not on the menu. Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our meals here! Wish they’d open one in Denver so we could go more often ☺️
