I’ve used Puente Gardening for some time now hoping they’d improve, nope. Bushes not trimmed for months. Dead plants in flower beds. 75%of my lawn has been destroyed by grubs, their advise was to water more….grubs are attracted to moisture! Now costing me $600 to have it repaired.
I don't know why people feel it's normal now to tear people down on the internet for everyone to see. If you have a complaint go directly to the person don't ruin their business! Jose is the kindest man and his crew is also. They have done a great job for us. He has trimmed bushes in my yard and not even charged me before! He's always been on time and if he wants to change the day he is scheduled for, he always asks my permission first. He answers texts and/or calls immediately. Was great service until I texted/called to give them their money and nothing from them! Called several times and no response. Sorry, but I’m moving on elsewhere. If you weren’t interested in helping me than you should have texted me.
These guys are lazy and do a bad job every time. They don’t have any common sense at all. Who uses a weed wacker on dirt and rocks around vehicles. I try to contact them and they are not answering my calls for some reason. These guys are completely unreliable. I would highly recommend not using this service.
Reasonable and they do a great job.
