Just got my carpet cleaned from Puentes and let me tell you they did an absolute amazing job! My carpet was so gross, from having kids and them spilling things, to have dogs at the time, to just walking on it with shoes. But they took there time and they were so polite and accommodating! Edgar was fantastic! He was the most reasonably priced of 4 estimates I received and he was flexible in accommodating my scheduling requests (evening). He was very professional, explained his services in detail, took his time and my carpet looks great! I was unsure about scheduling because of their lack of reviews on Yell, but I am so glad I did!
