I called to settle a debt call unknowing the people who answered the phone at the innovative recovery were the most rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life being that I am in customer service in hospitality. I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessionalism in my life at the end of the phone call. I didn’t even get to pay. My debt was the worst experience Of my life.
