This review and thank you is long overdue. Over the summer I received several courtesy calls reminding me of a pending recall on the paint of my car. The paint had been retouched a couple of years prior but the warranty recall was about to expire and I was urged to bring the car for any further repairs. I almost didn't go. Recently I ordered some rubber inserts for the the wiper blades for our Highlander. I didn't bother to check them because I have replaced the inserts before (on another vehicle). It turns out, the front blades were after market and didn't fit. I replaced the rear insert easily, but I needed to return the other two front ones since I had the wrong parts. The service dept at this place is not good . They try to tell u one thing charge u and ot do the thing.
Saturday. Day of fixing my Toyota. This guys never answer the phone. Show up in person. Wait line is 8 people, one guy working alone.
