Recently I ordered some rubber inserts for the the wiper blades for our Highlander. I didn't bother to check them because I have replaced the inserts before (on another vehicle). It turns out, the front blades were after market and didn't fit. I replaced the rear insert easily, but I needed to return the other two front ones since I had the wrong parts. Saturday. Day of fixing my Toyota. This guys never answer the phone. Show up in person. Wait line is 8 people, one guy working alone.
