Avoid dealership!!! Maybe they can explain how a customers car got his wheels stolen while it was legally in their possession and under their responsibility. Also how they discovered the car had the wheels missing and didn't file a police report until later in the day around 4 pm . Excuse they gave was that they had to run a internal investigation first , didn't know Puente hills Subaru had a detective in their service department. Make sure your salesman or the finance group is in detail when they talk ask you if you guys want to buy the EQUITY SHEILD PROTECTION PLAN. THEY WILL JUST SAY THAT IF YOU GOT DENT/DINV ON THE CAR AS LONG AS IT’S SMALLER THAN A BASEBALL BALL THEN IT’S fIXABLE AND THEY WILL FIX IT FOR FREE BUT THEY DIDN’T SPECIFY THAT IF YOU A SHARP DENT, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT CAUSE THAT IS WHAT THE “CONTRACT” SAYS. I brought my crosstrek in last Saturday tho have them fix a recall issue and checkout an issue with my starlink system, I was getting a message that there was a problem. I spent two an a half hours there waiting. Once I got my car back, I was told that everting was fixed.
