Horrible horrible place. Please DO NOT PUT ANYBODY in this place!!! They avoid patients and nehlect them as well! This place is not bad looking. Rehab/PT staff is good. Nursing staff half of them are good and half of them are very lazy and do not do their job. Sometimes when I go visit in the evening all of the staff is sitting on the couches doing nothing while patients are waiting to be helped.

Pueblo Springs is a horrible place to have your loved one. I had my mother there. She went in walking excelled in therapy. Left their dehydrated, malnourished and had to be hospitalized because of 3 falls in which 1 out of the 3 was only reported. She has yet to walk and it's been 17 months since. I filed a report, called Director of Nursing and medical managers as they denied what had happened. She was often over medicated roaming the halls at night. We never got good service from any of the nursing staff. They are rude LPN... read more
