Please if you value your health don't go here. Not helpful in anyway shape or form. They will set you up for an appointment and never call you back and God forbid if you ask why rude inconsiderate and condescending. You could die in the waiting room and no one there would care.
My mother was referred to Pueblo Pulmonary Associates for a health condition. I had to reschedule our first appointment, and the scheduler that I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding. I had no problem rescheduling the appointment. Dr. Jaggi was very kind to my mother and I. He is very thorough, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Had a full PFT test for COPD. 2 weeks have gone by and no word in results. Left numerous message and no call back. Nothing posted in UC Health portal. Very pore patient care. I will in the future go to Colorado Springs Pulmonary Drs.
Absolutely worst practice I have ever dealt with. First appointment they never sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I called 4 weeks in a row trying to get it. Today I show up and they say I don’t have an appointment. They called me and changed the appointment. The doctor is there but won’t see me. I have an hour drive to this office. Stay away from here. Office staff is completely incompetent!! Not even worthy of one star!!
I’m a patient of Dr Shapiro he’s great however the girl at the front done know what she’s don’t.. went over there for an appt that was needed so Gwen talked to some one and then they called me yesterday to come in before my appt. So I come clear over here and all I think Karla but she just keep saying that my appt is a different date and to go to my supplier. Why for what? I left in tears.. how sad very disappointed and I missed work for this only to say you came for nothing bye
