Had no problem till yesterday. Got there ahead of schedule. Check in. Waited for an hour. Went to front desk, they didn't know I was there! Finally a room. After vitals. Dr Katy, breezed in. Asked why I was there. Told her I was at urgent care the day before.bshe asked why. I told her dr, at urgent care said I had upper respiratory infection. She went off on me about wearing a mask. Definitely where you want to be if you have pulmonary issues. My dad had cancer, and had terrible asthma to boot with asthmatic nodules. During his cancer treatment, a new nodule was found. DR. Shapiro and team got him in right away and worked with his oncology team to coordinate monitoring. Staff is kind, particularly Karla. She is kind, patient, and empathetic to patient's needs. Please if you value your health don't go here. Not helpful in anyway shape or form. They will set you up for an appointment and never call you back and God forbid if you ask why rude inconsiderate and condescending. You could die in the waiting room and no one there would care.
My mother was referred to Pueblo Pulmonary Associates for a health condition. I had to reschedule our first appointment, and the scheduler that I spoke with on the phone was very kind and understanding. I had no problem rescheduling the appointment. Dr. Jaggi was very kind to my mother and I. He is very thorough, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
