They post rentals, You apply for those rentals. They change the status of the rental from available to application pending. They then tell you you don't qualify. (But wont tell you why). And re-upload the same rentals. I've seen a home on "Mac Arthur" on Zillow 3 times in the past 2 months. I spent $70 in application fees and even put together a "packet". My packet had paystubs, scanned drivers licenses and 10 years worth of rental history with references. But still wasn't accepted... This company is not apart of the BBB and... read more
Application fees for a background check for an apartment or a house that I might not even get and won't get my money back from is so disheartening. It doesn't matter if you keep the prices low. Im a good person, I pay my rent. I mind my own business. Not good for renters or homeowners. From the moment my husband and I submitted an application, they treated us as though they did not want to rent to us. After they spoke with our current landlord, he told us they were unpleasant and kept trying to find something wrong with us. The home owner selected our application and after viewing the property, Pueblo Properties told us we had 24 hours to put in a non-refundable deposit.
