I was living with my daughter in a house from pueblo property. We spent countless hours cleaning house. Wood chips from yard were put ontop of stove . I have video of stove and kitchen . Window blinds do NOT cost $500 . They are $4.69 per panel. I am a disabled mom. I don't lie ! We busted butt cleaning house ! Never rent from this company. I scrubbed the entire house top to bottom upon moving out including the bathroom scrubbed floors etc. and my entire deposit was kept for “cleaning purposes”. I have picture and video proof of the cleanliness of the home before moving out yet the statement claims none was done an Everything on the itemized statement was completed before moving out.
