Application fees for a background check for an apartment or a house that I might not even get and won't get my money back from is so disheartening. It doesn't matter if you keep the prices low. Not good for renters or homeowners. From the moment my husband and I submitted an application, they treated us as though they did not want to rent to us. After they spoke with our current landlord, he told us they were unpleasant and kept trying to find something wrong with us. The home owner selected our application and after viewing the property, Pueblo Properties told us we had 24 hours to put in a non-refundable deposit. If I could rate these ladies with 10 stars, I would. From day one, they’ve been absolutely amazing in assisting me and my family. Not only are they professional, compassionate and understanding I highly would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent or even someone who is wanting their properties managed!
