Rented from Pueblo Properties since I was 18 years old!!! They have been great to me since day 1! HIGH RATINGS FROM ME!
They post rentals, You apply for those rentals. They change the status of the rental from available to application pending. They then tell you you don't qualify. (But wont tell you why). And re-upload the same rentals. I've seen a home on "Mac Arthur" on Zillow 3 times in the past 2 months. I spent $70 in application fees and even put together a "packet". My packet had paystubs, scanned drivers licenses and 10 years worth of rental history with references. But still wasn't accepted... This company is not apart of the BBB and... read more
Application fees for a background check for an apartment or a house that I might not even get and won't get my money back from is so disheartening. It doesn't matter if you keep the prices low. Im a good person, I pay my rent. I mind my own business. I shouldn't have to go prove background check after background check background check fee after background check fee just to prove it and then not even get an apartment or a house because someone else did.
