Check in took a little longer than normal, or at least the waiting in line. But I noticed that was just due to only one person working a window The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had two MRIs done for my visit. Before the doctor injected me with the contrast, he was very informative and friendly and walk me through the process. Helped me with my nerves. Called this place and they kept hanging up on me without saying anything.
Totally professional and I was in and out as quickly as possible.
They are misinformed about insurance coverage and billing. They will have you make a payment, saying that it goes towards your deductible. However, when you contact your insurance company, you find out it didn't and you actually shouldn't have paid anything. Then 11 months later they'll call to tell you that you owe them more money. Get your imaging somewhere more informed and honest.
