Communication skills for the front desk folks are horrible. There's no written or verbal direction on what to do. They just stand there with a blank face. Also, my wife and I were in for the exact same procedures. Front desk folks had a completely different process for each of us. The whole interaction was just weird. Front of house, get your crap together.
