Waiting for over an hour in waiting room...appt was at 10:30am. Get told this is normal. Guess the patient isn't very important here...
Dr. Hickson and her nurses are extremely unprofessional. My mom had an mri for her ear and it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t called with her results or return her phone calls. When she spoke with the nurse today my mom asked about the mri results again and the nurse said “oh my God” extremely rude like she was annoyed. She also said what my mom is hearing in her ear and her hearing loss is what “she’s feeling” and “what her brain is telling her to hear and feel”. Recommendedclean atmosphere and friendly staff
My appointment was at 11am, it’s now 12pm and I still haven’t been seen. I live over an hour from Pueblo...would like to be home before dark! Plus I have to be home to pick up my kids from school at 3:50. Good thing I didn’t make any plans for after my appointment.

just wanna say thanks, you guys truly helped my little guy breathe better as well as hear better.You guys removed his tonsils, adenoids, and tubes in his ears. I can say he is a new kid. Doesnt wake up all through out the night cuz he cant breathe and he is also hearing the most smallest sounds. Water dripping, soda fizzing . He is still healing but it get better every day! Thanks again for helping my baby!
Staff is friendly, very clean atmosphere
dr is rude and made a comment because I have 5 kids and my daughter that has a lip tie is on Medicaid that's rhe only assistances I get n no one takes care of my kids but me if you have Medicaid be careful she will be rude as hell
