Darrol the landl lord lady is rude amd mean, she treats you as if your in elementry school amd living in her apartments are a privelage. The apartments are out dated, with cocharoaches everywhere! Its disqusting. You have old everything evem carpet, we clean it and still nasty, she will npt change out your carpet nor let you do it. She turns the air condition off when ever she feels and says it is broken but works great when she turns it on. The people around here are a bunch of drunks, they are loud, fighting all the time, cops called multiple times, and some walk around with loaded guns, and doing drugs. The maintenace is horrible if something breaks you might as well fix it yourself because it will either never get fixed or it will be a cheap quick fix that breaks again within the week. The landlord is rude, and careless at who she moves in to the apartments, mean and very very strict about your yards and inside of apartment. There is no kids allowed to play ... read more

They use an old swamp cooler type cooler/heater which never works right. In the summer if one of the units does work (1 of 3 rooms worked for us) it makes you sick all the time. You can't talk with the land lord, she's a bit odd maybe even bipolar. She will badger you if your kids play around the complex but does't care that she has a few drug dealers and s_ex offenders living there. The pool they have is always filthy. And there a roaches everywhere and little done to combat the problem.
