I loved it the history of our fallen heroes "there's something in the water" in Pueblo .their pics and uniforms from WW11 1940's to great humongous area to fit so many head start co workers ,great meals and a variety of place es to go and see ,and not to forget all the great speakers and our tribute to remember Miss Rose R.I.P.
We tried to attend the pirates and princess event today and was told we had to have a ticket for my 8 week old baby. Danielle who said she was the box office manager very rudly stated "if they're breathing they're paying" I have never heard of having to pay for an infant that would sleep through the whole entire event. So since Danielle was so rude we left and instead of making $25 they got nothing from us.
Today we tried to attend the pirates & princess event, however when we were paying to enter we were told we had to pay for the baby. When I asked we have to pay for a 2 month old Danielle told me very rudely that if their breathing their paying. I have no problem paying for a 23 month old but a 2 month old will sleep throughout the event. Danielle is very rude I book a lot of events & the convention center is off my list to call.
My business participates in a few events at the convention center every year. It has a decent space, and is always very clean. The last event I participated in, I was approached by a convention center employee. This employee was extremely discourteous and bad-mannered to myself, and my staff that was in our booth, which we paid $286 to be in. What made it worse, was that this person rudely interrupted a conversation between myself, and a potential new visitor to my business. A visitor who also paid to enter the event. Everyb... read more
