Gabby is rude
This is a terrible agency. I have rented for 2 years with them. I can't get anything fixed without calling over and over. I have never missed a rent payment in so my years of renting. I am a great tenet for any owner. And this is how they respond. Would never recommend again And don't get Larry Turner as your agent he's as absent as can be. Will never return a call. Will never put in a work order. Just useless

They like to scam people out of applications fees. They can’t even professionally speak on the phone they have AI Rob robots, doing everything for them. This is the most unprofessional business I have seen in years and it was never like this previously. I would never recommend doing any business with anyone working out of a Remax office in Pueblo.
Absolutely awful & very unprofessional I paid for 4 applications ($58 each)with this rental management on February 4,2023 just to be misled by 2(two) separate agents the first called my cell during a medical procedure to let me know the rental I applied for on Midlothian was already taken & to look on their website in hopes there might be another that caught my interest in which I did so I called left messages & emailed that indeed I did find another property that sparked my interest just to have a Larry Turner email my husb... read more
