I called on two separate occasions and spoke with customer representative named Ting from the El Monte location. Ting was very rude and impolite. She had a lot of attitude and spoke in a very angry tone. The bill of lading copy I had on hand did not have the container number. I was asking for the arrival notice and provided the bill of lading number.
