We used to love this place. Now you call and they don’t answer the phone. Just for fun I tried them and someone answered. I admitted that I was just seeing if they were open and that I would call them back in a few once we decided what we wanted. Now they are picking up my call and hanging up. Order was wrong. The driver forgot my diet Dr. pepper. They substituted nasty old fries for the dinner roll that was supposed to came with the meal. I'm recovering from cancer surgery and it's difficult to get around so I can't just jump in the car right now and go get a diet soda. The driver copped an attitude with me and refused to get me my soda. I called the manager and he copped an attitude with me and did nothing to fix the problem. Just waited two hours for my meal to come after ordering online. When I called the store to ask what was going on, it rang for several minutes before an automated voicemail said they were closed for repairs. Disable online ordering before you close! I received a confirmation email and everything; I had no reason to believe it wasn't being delivered momentarily. Very disappointed.
Left an order online an hour and a half ago. Decided to call to find out what was going on. It just keeps ringing. 10 minutes straight, no one answers. Seems like they just left, without telling anyone and without disabling online orders. WTF!!! Also a side note I need my money back.
Poor food quality. Pizza arrives cold and greasy. Wings are definitely the frozen kind from Walmart freezer section. Burgers and fries are from the same Walmart. Orders usually wrong. Won't go back. Sad because Pudge Bros used to have delicious pizza when they did just that.
Just got wings with NO SAUCE. JUST GREASE! I should have known better after the last time they called and canceled my order because the "ovens broke",and left a message. I truly hate this place. Hows that for a review?@!×:×$%$"×/(8:*#
Calzone was just a Pizza Sandwich. There was no ricotta cheese. The green peppers were raw. just plain yuck and major let down. the Cheese in the Cheese Sticks was raw as it was chalky. The breading on the outside was very bland. I ate 1 and a half. Threw the rest away. This was $23 down the drain. I guess that I will chalk this up as a learning curve. I will never do a Pudge Bros again. It's sad that I heard good things about them too. Oh well.
I am still waiting to get in contact with someone. The other store I called told me I was SOL. Left a message with corporate. I want my money back asap.
