I cannot describe how my experience was with this place as I am still upset amd don't want to appear mean or injust. I dropped the dogs at 9:38 am as I was told first time gets first on the phone. I called 3 other times worried that something might have happened as there was a gap of 4 hours and there were 3 in total handling g the pets.
