Puddles Car Wash is Great Even though these guys are always pretty busy, they do get the job done fast and pay close attention to detail. They are really thorough. My car ends up clean inside and out!
quick, good work I've been to Puddles Car Wash a number of times. I never would have stopped there, had I not received free car washes from Hardin Honda after I had some service done to my car. There always seemed to be a lot of people that took their cars their, but the employees were always very quick and efficient and got the work done. It's pretty inexpensive to get a wash there...I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. PROS: quick, good work CONS:
I read all these great reviews so I thought I'd try it out. I paid for the $25 supreme wash. It want through once and got no supreme wash. I said something and they put it through again and it got half the car with the soap. They put it through a third time and I asked for a refund cause it still didn't get the full car. None of the employees watch after the first second or third time. No one here cared to be sure I got the wash I paid for. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. worst car wash ever, and I tried twice because of the location. Their people simply don't care and can't wait to leave. No pride! I would have fired all of them in a minute. ,And I'm not expecting miracles. When I want it to come out perfect, I do it muself . I'm comparing Puddles to the 3 other car washes. Stay Away!!!

Just be aware – The only difference between this car wash and the drive through is that they vacuum the carpet and run a damp cloth across the interior. For the price it's cheap but the quality is bad. By the way on my last visit they broke adjuster button for the AC vent and didn't mention it to me. I only came to realize it when I saw the broken button in the cup holder. I'll have to followup with the management to see what happens next......
STAY AWAY!!!! – I've been there twice and the first time was ok so I decided to give them one more chance and I'll never go there again. They were in such a hurry they missed spots and they stole a pack of gum and tic tacs. I know a pack of gum and tic tacs isn't much but if they are going to steal that then what else would they take?
