Pretty disturbed that after paying for a wash service that includes vacuuming and window washing my vehicle interior is dirtier than when I arrived, including dead bug carcass on the windshield!

RecommendedSuperior service, dependable, fair pricing and fast! I had my car detailed, and when I called for an appointment the manager was polite, prepared and willing to help. I am beyond thrilled; my 5 year old car looks new, and for only $65 additional he took out a nickel sized 'ding' to the door. I'll be bringing my car back, and recommending this five star business to friends and colleagues. Well done !!
Puddle's does a terrible job on the inside of my car. Too bad they're the only full service game in town. Either hold them accountable at the time, or clean the inside of your car yourself when you get home.
The first time I came here I was impressed at how good my car looked when they were done, but maybe it wasn't so dirty either. This time I was not impressed. First, let me say my car was dirty. There were 6 guys who wiped down the inside (after the wash) very quickly and when they saw me watching they did it again and it still wasn't done well. There was mud on my door panel and stuff on the console :( I gave it a 5 for the first time and 1 this time for an average of 3. I am not sure if I will go back...
The Puddle just lost my business after being a customer for many years. They did such an insanely terrible job on the exterior of the car they had to run in through again and it looks like they barely touched the interior. I mean, they missed some really obvious stuff! And there are a couple of gouges in my paint job that weren't there before (it's a brand new car, so not hard to tell when the paint is messed up). First time there and someone stole my iphone 7 adapter, lame. Interior 'wipedown' was super half ass.
Basically they move the dirt around, and the interior almost looks worse than before. Third strike.
