complaining customers...usually the non paying ones I have found the PUD to be very willing to work with its customers. I also have seen most people that complain, are the people that dont get their way when they havent paid their bill. PUD IS GREAT!! tHEY SEND OUT 2...LATE NOTICES, AND 2 WARNINGS...THEN THE DISCONNECT!!then offer to help people that still havent paid....with directions to !! KEEP UP THE GREAT COMMUINTY SUPPORT!!
PUD is very unprofessional /& its not just the PUD guy. ive heard the receptionist are too. my husband just came home from work cuz, the is no electricity. he continues to tell me the story of what happen next. a co worker was on the phone with a customer & the PUD guy came in & said, " are you going to get off the phone to talk to me!?! " well, i guess it really upset the co worker & he told him to get out & do what you have to do.
