I have rented 2 units at Pucketts storage for many years and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the property and the 24 hour secured gate access… The owners are friendly and very accommodating, you’d be hard-pressed to find a storage facility in the Dawsonville area at such reasonable prices, and friendly Christian staff…would highly recommend this storage facility for anyone needing indoor or outdoor storage

We've used Pucketts Storage for 2 years and it has been great. 24 hour access...gates are always working, area is clean and neat. We felt very secure and very reasonable.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their website says 24 hours but they never answer the phone. Tried calling 4 times across 3 hours on Sunday afternoon before 5 pm. Submitted a web request Sunday and got a response Monday morning at 630 am. I was emailing regarding a unit coming available today….i asked about pricing at 730 am via email. Called around 9 am because I hadn’t heard back. I have been a Longtime Customer….and have always been thrilled with: Customer Service, Convenience, Availability, Cleanliness, and Price! Wonderful company to Rent From & work with… over the years!!!
