Ken shop is great. Got a problem with something? They will spend the time and track it down. They won't throw parts at it hopping that fixes it. The rates are very fair:)
If you want it fixed right the first time without being charged your firstborn, this is the place to go!
This shop lied to me. Told me they performed work they didn't do and charged me for it. After the breakdown caused by not doing the repair, they took no responsibility. Thieves.
