Honestly, I feel bad after being upset over multiple issues with a bad battery today. The gentleman at the store not only replaced the bad battery without issue, but went beyond my expectations to make matters right. I really appreciate the great service. It's not exactly common to get that kind of service from businesses anymore where customer satisfaction seemingly takes a backseat to the company's bottom line. I live in Dayton, but when I came up to Ashland back in March, at the suggestion of a friend, I decided to buy my new rig from Puckerfish. I came back up from Dayton on Memorial Day weekend, and explained to the knowledgeable young woman who was working that my battery was starting to cut out in mid-use.
