I bought an Aspire vape from these guys a while back, it has leaked like a sieve since day one. I go into to see what they can do about it, and the associate even commented about how badly it’s leaking. The best solution they can provide me is to “buy a new pod and try it.” No other attempt to make it right. POOR customer service.

i had gone in with a vape i had bought from a different place. the people from the other place gave me the run around and wouldnt try to help me. so i stopped at pucker fish to try to see if they could help me or give me advice. they where very nice they helped me in any way they could and they even told me they would help me again if i needed. now thats great customer survice. i love how they have the make your own juice also. its an awesome place and you guys have made a lifetime customer. thank you guys!

If you're looking for vape juices look no further than pucker fish. Not only do they make their own juice they also mix flavors. I chose fish food which is basically fruity pebbles. The people there were very knowledgeable about the flavors I'd like versus other shops that just say this flavor is good or that one is good. Jon and Remington were really helpful.
