Proper waiting time on your patients would be nice
I am pleased with the care received from Dr. Puchalski.
I first came to Dr. Puchalski as a sleep patient. He did sleep studies and helped me better understand my narcolepsy. Then I started having multiple sinus infections and made an appointment with him. He found I had a deviated septum and I agreed to have septoplasty. He performed the surgery and had the same great bedside manner as in his office. When questioned about his recommendation, he reviewed his technician's data and changed his recommendation. Seemed not too thorough and egotistical.
I had a ct scan and my insurance paid but a balance was due 126.00 office called and said I could not recv shots until fully paid. I told them I would make payments. So unfortunately I have to cancel my. Allergy shots.
He said I had lesion in ear and "need to finally spend some money to feel better" referring to more tests and PT aim his office. it was not a lesion. Have cervicogenic migraine $6,000 in 2 office visits for CT scan and allergy testing. Contacted my insurance company due to bills that were charged that were "oversight". Nice Gucci shoes he had on while being dismissive.
The office is like a factory - horrible wait times, less than 2 minutes with the actual doctor, billing problems, scheduling issues. Avoid SC ENT at all costs!! My daughter had sleep issues so went through two sleep studies and a tonsillectomy with Dr. Puchalksi and it was problem after problem. The actual surgery went fine but the service and bedside manner was horrendous.
As a nurse I warn you Dr Puchalski was a weak physician unknowlegable about what to do even in his own mind. He dumped things off on other Doctors and cancelled a planned surgery the week of, telling me to get a second option but did not help me with getting an appt even though he knew I was unable to eat or sleep with the problem I had. I promise you he does not care about your well being. Find somebody else to treat you, you can not trust his care or compassion.
