If Kayla had communicated to me that she had taken a class but she had never actually done the work I never would have gone to her but she sold herself like she was a master stylist. This has cost me money my time and lots of frustration. I'm still hoping that the owners will reach out to me I'm not asking anything unreasonable I'm just asking for them to make things right
