Oct. 30, 2025. Live Oak FL. Interacted with Ben at deli counter for a sandwich. Ben is GREAT!! Charming, friendly and professional. Good personality and sense of humor. I have worked retail and know there are good/bad workdays and personal days. Ben seemed to be having a good day; both at work and personally. Passing through while driving home I got lunch from the deli, was so sweet and fast and we had an amazing conversation and she has an amazing employee and person!!
I do merchandising at this store they are always stocked and full which means I can never actually do my job fully
I have been a customer of this Publix for over 23 years, even when it was in the other location near Suwannee High. I used to like shopping there, but now I rather drive all the way to Valdosta for a good experience. Publix boasts that it is a "Pleasure" to buy there. I am sure it is still the case in many stores, but not in the Live Oak store. The customer service has deteriorated extremely throughout the years.
