I have always had great customer service with Publix and have purchased our cakes from there on numerous occasions, always with no issues. Yesterday, we go to pick up our daughters Frozen custom cake, which we prepaid and spoke with them 2x on the phone....to be told at first I didn't order it and then they found the paperwork to say oops....we forgot. I love this store and I find myself there a lot! That being said, they are not perfect. I have asked twice of the meat department if they were ever going to have beef tenderloins again. I used to love the ones already marinated. I was told they had discontinued ordering them. So I guess I have to go to another grocery to get this or a meat market. I also purchase the same coffee creamer each week, but none to be found because of all the holiday flavors.

I had the worst experience here with one of the employees in the fresh produce section of the store. I wish I could had gotten his name but I was just so focused on leaving I didn't think to. Will never be returning and regret not getting the employees name, horrible customer service
