Wait times at the deli counter are absurd! Tonight I was treated very rudely by an employee behind the hot food counter. This would be an awesome place to open a grocery store with some great customer service! And to top it off, I got a bad can of peaches! When I opened the can I noticed a big dent in the can. The peaches looked & smelled bad.
Thank you for renewing my faith in Publix and making shopping a pleasure. I went to the Shoppes on the Ridge location with a special deli request and was told by an employee it was against the rules. I called your store, placed my order, it was ready in 15 minutes and it was delicious.
Always clean... Friendly people... And those baggers... Wow they are overly excited to help people to their car... Love it
