Customer service at this location has gotten steadily worse in the last year. Argumentative assiciates, Walmart style registers not open, no assistance to vehicle, inexcusably long waits in deli. Reached my last straw. Not shopping or filling my prescriptions here any more. Shame on you Publix!!!
I just want to say thank you so much for making beautiful cakes for my children's birthday. We ordered 2 cakes with barely 24 hours in advance and you guys were so accommodating. I was very vague about what my daughter wanted on her "puppy cake" and let you guys use your creativity. I was expecting a simple white cake that I would put a dog toy on top of. I love my Publix store!!! I stopped in to get a few things and when I went out to my car it would not start. I made contact with LeAnn the store mgr and told her what was going on. She ccalled one of her employees, by the name of Jerson, who attempted to jump start my car. That failed I was going to walk home but Jersongave me a ride. Thank you Very Much, LeAnn and Jerson!!! A big thank you to the Publix team at this store for their assistance today! My bank shut off my card for suspicious activity and while I called to straighten it out they helped entertain my 3 boys (who are all under the age of 5)! They were so sweet and helpful! We all left smiling and no meltdowns at all (I know moms can appreciate this)! Thank you!!!
