My mother went in publix today & she was waiting for some fresh chicken to come out. Okay that's fine but when they brought it out, they didn't let her have it. They said that she couldn't buy it because they had it for a big party?! If I remember correctly which I do, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

I don't know if they have changed store managers recently but the rude behavior of this manager was out of line. On top of that I have had bad ground chuck, ground lean beef and sausage on 3 separate occasion in the last month and a half only 1 of which I made a trip back to the store to return and never made a scene in doing it. I will not spend my hard earned money at this location again.
Always liked this store until an encounter with an extremely rude manager today.
